While there will be practical tips along the way, this will be largely product-focused because this line-up has changed my life significantly. I will be sharing with you the exact products and methods I have used to get better sleep, take my anxiety level down to a manageable level, and just feel less stressed out all the time!
You are welcome join in without any products or only some of them, but if you truly desire results, I highly recommend making the investment in yourself.
The recommended products will give you the benefits of aromatherapy, topical application, and internal use together for potent results. Combined with useful life tips, you will be able to build a daily routine that works for you.
*** Note: You may choose either the Stress Away roller or the Calm CBD roller (or both). Personally, I use the Calm roller daily, but if you take prescription medication, especially any that process through your liver, CBD can affect how that medication is absorbed by your body. ***
